  • Start by watching our demo and submitting your property details. An account manager will then create a market report and campaign proposal, including the number of potential leads and monthly costs based on your property size and target prospects. If you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll invoice £799 for your campaign setup. After you approve the communications and pay your first month’s invoice, your campaign can go live.

  • After you submit your property details, an account manager will schedule a call within 3 business days to talk you through your market report, campaign proposal and gather any additional information, and provide further guidance on the next steps.

  • Once you submit your details, an account manager will be in touch within 3 business days with a proposal that will include key insights, cost estimates, and recommendations based on your property's audience size and campaign goals.

  • You will have full access to your dashboard, where you can track lead interactions, review campaign performance, and receive notifications when prospects engage with your content. The dashboard provides real-time insights into your campaign’s success.

  • Once your setup is complete and payment is processed, your campaign will go live within one month from the date of payment. You’ll receive ongoing updates and support from your account manager.

  • Once your service level agreement is signed, we’ll send you an invoice for the campaign set up (£799). Once the set up invoice has been paid you’ll receive access to your dashboard. Your account manager will guide you through completing any outstanding information within the onboarding form, which includes setting up campaign details and providing assets such as brochures or a website link for us to integrate into the campaign.

  • Yes, you can work with your account manager to make any necessary adjustments to the campaign based on property availability and insights gathered from your dashboard.

  • We’ve got you covered! As part of CAB Property, we can create everything you need—from building identity and brochures to CGI, photography, and drone films. We’ll work with you to ensure you have all the assets needed for an impactful campaign.

  • Not all property schemes have the same prospect potential. That’s why we assess each campaign individually, providing a market report and proposal with realistic goals and honest pricing—no inflated costs.

  • We access a multitude of different data sources to identify prospects nationally who are in the market for office space. Once we understand your property scheme, we narrow this down to target the best-fit prospects.
